BURN IT

For big fans of energy bursts, this Burn It class combines both High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Tabata (8 rounds of 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off intervals) using only your bodyweight to get you into an optimal training zone and boost fitness levels. This class is intense, but it’s worth it because you’ll be burning fat and calories long after the session is over.

CYCLE

The bikes may be stationary but there’s plenty of movement in all of our Cycle classes. Get pumped up with motivating music that serves as a soundtrack for your entire ride. You’ll cycle through multiple terrains, changing speeds while adding and removing resistance to boost cardio endurance and strengthen your legs and core. It’s group exercise but you’re totally in control.

Bodyweight, free weights and elevated heart rates are at the core of our Bootcamp class. Designed to challenge your fitness levels and burn fat, this is a high-intensity class that will boost your strength and endurance. It’s a total body workout that’s totally doable for anyone and everyone looking to get fit.

CIRCUITS

If you’re hitting a plateau, looking for a way to switch things up or try something new, then Circuits is for you. Work your way around different stations and perform a given exercise as many times as possible in a set amount of time. It’s a challenging high-intensity workout that helps tone and shed fat in under an hour.

WHAT TO WEAR

All of our classes, both in-studio and digital, are designed to get you moving. We suggest dressing in breathable, non-restrictive clothing so that you’re comfortable. A towel and a reusable water bottle are also good to have to refresh and rehydrate during and after a workout.
