About me

My journey into fitness began with a deep-rooted passion for understanding the human body and helping others reach their full potential—physically, mentally, and emotionally. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Anatomy, and Physiology from George Mason University and a Master’s in Healthcare Management from Johns Hopkins, I’ve built a strong foundation in both the science of the body and the systems that support long-term wellness. I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, as well as a certified Behavorial Change Specialist. This means I don't just focus on workouts—I focus on sustainable lifestyle changes that empower you to build lasting habits. My approach is evidence-based, personalized, and rooted in the belief that everyone’s fitness journey is unique. I specialize in working with clients across all life stages, including women’s health- pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause. I also have extensive experience helping clients prevent injuries, obesity, manage and improve chronic issues like tight muscles, frozen shoulder, sciatica, lower back and knee pain through mobility work, stretching, and corrective exercise. Whether you're just getting started or looking to break through a plateau, I'm here to help you build strength, and resilience from the inside out.
