If you’re looking for a total body workout that will challenge your fitness and burn fat, Pure Fitness Bootcamp classes are for you. Timed periods that involve a combination of bodyweight and free weight exercises that will help boost your strength and endurance. This is a high intensity class that will be sure to get your heart rate up and help to improve your fitness.

It's so easy to book a place on one of our Zumba classes on the Pure Fitness App or on our website by simply selecting your chosen gym, viewing the class timetable and finding a class and time that suits you!
If you are new to classes, let your instructor know when you arrive, and they will help you get started -- all of our classes cater for all abilities, so you can work at your own pace.
TAKE THE FIRST STEP
All of our classes are designed to get you moving. We suggest dressing in breathable, non-restrictive clothing so that you’re comfortable. A towel and a reusable water bottle are also good to have to refresh and rehydrate during and after a workout.
