Focusing on your lower body, this low-impact, high-intensity workout will build your glutes, shape your legs, and sculpt your core. With controlled, high-repetition movements set to uplifting music, you'll build strength and endurance simultaneously.

It's so easy to book a place on one of our Les, Bums & Tums classes on the Pure Fitness App or on our website by simply selecting your chosen gym, viewing the class timetable and finding a class and time that suits you!
If you are new to classes, let your instructor know when you arrive, and they will help you get started -- all of our classes cater for all abilities, so you can work at your own pace.
TAKE THE FIRST STEP
All of our classes are designed to get you moving. We suggest dressing in breathable, non-restrictive clothing so that you’re comfortable. A towel and a reusable water bottle are also good to have to refresh and rehydrate during and after a workout.
