Stretch is a total body class going through a combination of stretches which will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed from head to toe. This class is designed to improve full body flexibility and is suitable for all levels of fitness, great for relaxing, stretching and lengthening tight muscles that can often lead to injury. Great if your goal is Weight Loss, Toning, Strength & Conditioning, Build Muscle, Training for an Event or General Fitness

HOW TO BOOK A CLASS

It's so easy to book a place on one of our Stretch classes on the Pure Fitness App or on our website by simply selecting your chosen gym, viewing the class timetable and finding a class and time that suits you!

If you are new to classes, let your instructor know when you arrive, and they will help you get started -- all of our classes cater for all abilities, so you can work at your own pace.

TAKE THE FIRST STEP

All of our classes are designed to get you moving. We suggest dressing in breathable, non-restrictive clothing so that you’re comfortable. A towel and a reusable water bottle are also good to have to refresh and rehydrate during and after a workout.
