It's so easy to book a place on one of our Pump classes on the Pure Fitness App or on our website by simply selecting your chosen gym, viewing the class timetable and finding a class and time that suits you!
If you are new to classes, let your instructor know when you arrive, and they will help you get started -- all of our classes cater for all abilities, so you can work at your own pace.
TAKE THE FIRST STEP
All of our classes are designed to get you moving. We suggest dressing in breathable, non-restrictive clothing so that you’re comfortable. A towel and a reusable water bottle are also good to have to refresh and rehydrate during and after a workout.
Pump is a full-body resistance workout that uses a barbell with light weights and high reps. You'll move through about six different exercises, all set to upbeat, fast-paced music to keep you motivated and moving!
Pump classes combine high reps with light weights, keeping you moving non-stop with heart-pumping exercises that’ll have you working up a serious sweat. When paired with a calorie deficit, they can be a great way to burn fat and build lean muscle.
Calorie burn varies based on your height, weight, fitness level, and how hard you push yourself. On average, you can expect to burn around 500 calories during a 45-minute Pump class.
