Hi, my name is Amir Griffin.
I am a Personal Trainer and I believe that fitness goes way beyond the gym. Throughout my fitness journey I have discovered that fitness is a three-step component made up of Mind, Body, Spirit. With the help of fitness, I have been able to Rewire my thought process, eliminate bad habits and replace them with Positive lifestyle adjustments. Throughout my whole life I have struggled with managing and maintaining a healthy weight. The doctor’s office was my worst nightmare. I have lost 65lbs over the last year and I want to help others reach their goals as well. Fitness is a vehicle that drives success.
