Daniel Pressley

Hello, my name is Daniel Pressley. I have been training/coaching for about 15 years now. I have trained as a power lifter, body builder, strength/conditioning coach, functional movement coach and within the last five years have found my love for working with Kettle Bells and can now pride myself on being a Kettle Bell coach. I’ve chosen to work with Kettle Bells more often and frequently because the fact that Kettle Bell training is more than just swinging or deadlifting a heavy Kettle Bell but, if used correctly it can help you generate more power and strength, helps build muscle and your cardiovascular capabilities as well as helps you become more functionally fit. I believe nutrition is a key component to reaching and maintaining your fitness goals. That’s why I enrolled at Precision Nutrition, to become a Nutrition Coach. Putting more focus on nutrition and proper rest (active rest) has allowed me to excel through my training in ways I never thought possible. It is the best feeling physically and mentally, which I would love to share with you. Train with me and watch your body transform. Longevity and self-reliance should be our main goal here.
